A Study on the Individuality of Chinese College Students in Choosing Career

摘要：

To study the college students individuality in career decision-making, the authors　employed questionnaires and clustering analysis to figured out the clustery difference of each case. The authors considered that both the vocational values and career decision-making styles of the objects should be surveyed to ascertain the college students individuality in career decision-making, through which most cases could be clustered into a certain class steadily. As a result, the research came to a conclusion that the college students who pursue the careers inner value, e.g. exhibiting ones capacity, possess a more rational decision style. The conclusion has challenged the major Chinese common sense and the cluster values of the graduate should be meaningful for the educators.
