Mass Classification and Countermeasures on the Education of Scarce Engineering Talents

摘要：

the article aims at the particular student constitution of the mining engineering scarce talented class, if we use uniform teaching method, and it will inevitably form three groups: the losing patience type, the mentality smooth type and the idle type. In order to avoid proportion of the first type and the third type too much, we put forward the educating measures based on teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, which will apply the new way of thinking for educating qualified talents which are able to adapt to the work of the coal mine.
