Study on Career Guidance to College Students Based on Career Development Stages Theory

摘要：

the paper is based on the Career Development Stages Theory;it analyzes the main features and problems in the four stages of career guidance to college students. It concludes that career guidance to college students should be enhanced through the optimization of the courses offering, improvement of the professional ability of the tutors and providing students with customized service.
