Industrial cluster and urbanization are the major economic phenomenon of morden society．Based on the discussion how the industrial cluster affects the development of the urban,this articale put up with the practical industrial cluster route of urbanization from the position of industrial cluster,the surrounding of industrial cluster,the increase of city competitiveness and system innovation．
