The current feedback flom capital market is different to win risk investor’S favor of web enterpriste if they have not obviously gained profits．Most of them have to admit they lack in spur of energy when bringing up economic benefits．Even some top web companies in the world are still situated in loss．It is the top priority task for web enterprist to decrease costs and improve benefits．
