On Breach of Contracts in the Agriculture Cooperate Organization

摘要：

“Company+FarmersOperational & Organizational Mode is the most important organizational mode in the agricultural industrialized operation,however,in the actual operational process，there exist quite a lot of phenomena of breach of contracts on both parties．In this Article，gaming theory is adopted to analyze the formation of contracts of“Company+FarmersOperational ＆ Organizational Mode with emphasis on contracting ambience and causes for breach of contracts．
