MiHe Safety Management Performance Evaluation Based on BSC & AHP
Man-made operation Errors and machine faults have been excessively attached importance to,also evaluation indexes are single,such problems often occurred in traditional performance evaluation on mine safety management.However,such like the evaluation index dimensionality of internal management processes,growth and learning and influence on society had not been consideredyet.Taking somo metal mine as an example,safety management performance are evaluated by BSC(balanced score card)and AHP(analytic hierarchy process)methods.Firstly,apply BSC method to establish the evaluation index system of four-dimension quadrantaI in safety management.And then apply AHP to figure out combination weight of evaluation indexes,comprehensively evaluate the merit and shortcomings of the mine safety management in the end.The result of performance evaluation indicates that combined evaluation method has its merit as follows:overcome simple evaluation method’s weakness;via the comprehensive consideration of evaluation index,setting up a set of increasingly scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system;carrying out the balance among the inside and outside,hysteresis uature and prospective,short-term and long-term index,helping to adjusSt the safety management strategies.
