The significance of Zhejiang province’S Jointing Track with Shanghai and Integrating into the Yangtze River Delta lies mainly in the four areas which are location division，resources sharing，institutional innovation and jointing track、with the international；convergence in concept and objectives constitutes the basic guiding ideology；the basic contents consists of the market,industrial，institutional，transportation and policy,through which Zhejiang Province should link up with Shanghai on its own initiative．
