Positive Analysis on Problems and Strategy of Dalian Regional Economic Development in Northeast Asia

摘要：

The regional economic development of Dalian in Northeast Asia is the problem of regional economics．Under the cooperadon conditions of location and industry advantage，international environment of globalization and prosperous strategy of traditional industry base in Northeast China,Dalian should strengthen self-construction,regional cooperation and economic opening rate in order to improve the competition of Dalian in Northeast Asia cooperation．
