Study on Economic Transformation of Mining City and its Administration Practice

摘要：

From the measures of industry adjustment and administration in practice，it explores that the administration idea and legislation related to the resources type of city both in domestic and international.It is put forwards the management strategy and feasible routes with the policy of reform for resources city of China,based on concrete evidences．Due to the resources exhausting and the heavy environment pollution for the world,however；much attention has been paid to transform the mining city with the theories and methods in practice，adjust the unbalance industry structure and improve the austerity situation of obtain employment,including a series of problems with economic and social development,bv both researchers on academic field and decision-maker for govemment.
