Study on the Evaluation of Regional Sustainable Development Based on Human Development Index

摘要：

This paper studies the problem of comprehensive evaluation of regional sustainable development It focuses on the methodology of comprehensive evaluation,and the evaluation index system is suggested to be composed of dimension indices of HDI．Then,the right technique based on entropy weight is put forward．As an objective way,this comprehensive evaluation technique confirms the relative importance(which is called as entropy weight)of dimension indices through the index data analysis．At last,this technique is applied to evaluate the sustainable development of the western,middle and eastern districts in China．The numerical example shows that the comprehensive evaluation technique based on entropy weight is reasonable，effective and practical．
