On Financial Policy for Garbage Incinerated Power

摘要：

To protect the environment,the Chinese government encourages development of renewable energy,including garbage incinerated power．However,launching such a plant requires huge amount of investment,and the cost of operation is expensive．Moreover,the power industry in China is half regulated by the govemmenL For such industry to sustain in the long run,support from the government will be necessary．In this paper,based on the value chain analysis of the garbage incineration power Industry,the author analyses the subsidy system under the context of Chinese power industry and put forward some suggestions for refining the incentives systems to encourage renewable energy．
