Reflections on Certain Logistics Issues

摘要：

The author suggests that concerned scholars redefine logistics as part of physical distribution chain as well as provide a more accurate definition for logistics center and distribution center．Since it’s difficult to distinguish available third party logistics from fonh party logistics and fifth party logistics,the author believes in the necessity and urgency of finalizing the definitions of logistics terms such as material circulation and logistics park．By finding flaws in logistics-concernod laws and regulations，the author also makes suggestions that a China Logistics Laws and Regulations be formulated as soon as possible，that State standard publication Logistics Terms be revised completely and that basic and practical knowledge about logistics be included in the books．
