Study on Local Foreign Affairs Management Model to Promote Urban Economic Liberalization-an Example of Jinan City

摘要：

With the rapid development of economic globalization and science technology advances，the local foreign affairs are playing more and more important parts in the economy and social development．Appropriate management model of Local Foreign Affairs provides support and protection for the city’s open economic policy and mechanism．At the same time the further opening of urban economy also has brought new challenges to the local foreign affairs management model．This article explored the local foreign affairs management model to promote urban economic liberalization on the basis of SWOT analysis．
