Predication of Growth of the Secondary and Tertiary Industry in Guangdong Province and Countermeasures against Industrial Restructuring

摘要：

In order to better optimize Guangdong s industrial structure，improve industrial quality,heighten development level of the secondary and tertiary industry in Guangdong province in all aspects,and promote Guangdong’s economic development,this paper predicts Guangdong’s GDP,development of the secondary and tertiary industry as well as structurt of the three industries in Guangdong．Then it,using 5：45：45．5，proportion of the three industries in Guangdong’s“11th five-year plan，for references，brings forth countermeasures for development and restructuring of the secondary and tertiary industry in Guangdong province．
