The Model of Ecological Compensation of the Regional Economic Development
According to the location theory,it must be by the mechanism of ecological compensation to promote the harmony and sustainable development between the locations，and to share the effects and interests of economic and social development and scientific and technological progress．Ecological compensation can not only ensure the sustainability of the ecological production,but also reflect the sharing and mutual interest of the ecological resource．This reflects the fairness of the ecological ethics,and the friendly coexistence betweenthe man and naturo，and people to each other．It is the fundamental requirement fo build the socialis tharmonious society．There are four kinds of ecological compensation model that are Input type，Effectcd type，Expected type and Comprehensive type．They will provide the ideas and reference for the practical operation．Actually,they build the implementation mechanism of the regional ecological compensation mechanism．
