This paper details out analysis of the Present situation of research and application of urban sustainable development and ecopolis．We Combine demonstration analysis with acadernic，put forward the model of ecopolis based on sustainable development and deeply study the methods of building sustainable development ecopolis based on the suceessful experience,Ecopolis，with the featured of health，efficiency and civilization，is the ideal model of urban sustainable development all over the world and directs city development in the future．Sustainable development ecopolis has become human’s common demand．It is the theory of sustainable development in urban construction of a concrete manifestation of the field，get worldwide recognition
