The Synthetic Evaluation Studies of Heilongjiang Province Regional Economies Development Level

摘要：

Through constructing the regional economies development quality indicator system which Heilongjiang Province characters，applying the factor assessment method to evaluate and compositor the Heilongiiang Province regional economies development level，obtaining the sequence situation based on the lateral section data,and on this analyzed the reason and the countermeasure which formed this kind of situation．
