Social and Economic Bearing Capacity:A New Perspective to Interpret Regional Development—Maqu county of Gannan state as an example

摘要：

Chinese society is faced with the growing complexity of the economic development issue．How to co-ordinate economic development,social progress and environmental protection is a common problem the whole community have to face．This article，using the relevant research results of ecologic-environment bearing capacity,poses the innovative concept of social and economic bearing capacity,and constructs an index system to measure it．At the same time it positive analysis taking Maqu County as an example．
