The Study on Environmental Policy of Building a Harmonious Society

摘要：

With the process on the harmonious society s construction,the problem on our environment has got a degree of control．But the relations on the man and nature,people and society still should not be optimistic．This article analyses the environmental theory,diagnoses the reason of our environmental policy’s invalidation integrated with the status quos of our country’s environment,and makes comprehensive recommendations focus on strengthening the government’s functions and people’s participation．
