How to Build the Zero Emission Eco-City in Modern Society

摘要：

The zero emission requires all the wastes can be utilized,there is no pollution for environment,and there are no bad effects on human healthy．The construction of eco-city should follow the sustainable development principle．This article proposed the methods of building the’zero emissioneco-city in modem society,realizing the’zero emission’of waste，and making the whole society to be a integrative eco-environment of healthy,innocuity,high-efficiency,harmonious，balance，stabilization．
