The Present Conditions and Optimized Distribution of Water Resources in Jinan Municipality

摘要：

Jinan is among the cities of the most severe water shortage in China．Serious contamination of surface water has lead to a series of relevant environmenml，ecological and economic problems such as over-exploitation of underground water,land subsidence and spring malfunction．Water resources problems have become a bottleneck in the development of Jinan．With analyzing present utilizing conditions and existing problems of water resources in Jinan,corresponding measures to optimize distribution of water resources and to realize sustainable development were proposed．
