Sustainable Utilization of Regional Natural Resources under Resource Curse

摘要：

Advantages in resources do not necessarily mean economic advantages．Development path of system and differences in system quality will affect the long-term economic achievements．Innovations of system in assets management of natural resources，value theory and values，property order,right of use，accounfing，industrial development and other aspects are effective ways to realize sustainable utilization of regional natural resources．
