Research on Water Resources Problem of Beijing Based on Circular Economy

摘要：

The water resources problem has become one of the key factors that restricting the development of Beijing．Through the analysis of water resources situation in Beijng，this paper discusses problems of water resources，problems of water environment,problems of water ecology and problems of water disaster in Beijing．Finally,the proposal for developing recycling economy of water resources are put forward based on the theory of circular economy．
