Compensation for Resource in the Old Industry Bases in Northeast China

摘要：

The destruction of land resurces of the resources-based cities is an important issue in the process of revitalize the old industry bases in northeast China．Therefore，how to compensate for the resource is major task to solve．The conflict between the land resources and mineral resources is one causes that lead to the difficulties in the development of resource-based cities．Through reasonable compensation can the resource based cities restore the productivity of land resources and promote the urban development．So it is necessary tO enforce the resource compensation．This paper tends to demonstrate what compensation we should pay to the land destruction when developing the land througha set of models．
