The Research on Coal Mining Area Circulation Economic Zone

摘要：

In the face of the current situation of the coal mining area which includes the wasting of resources，the environmental destruction,the single industry and the primary product,this article puts forward the view of building a circulation economic zone of coal mining area,and also analyzes the circulation economic zone by using SWOT．Then based on the construction principle of the economic zone and the measures which should be taken in the process of developing the circulation economic，this paper obtains a comprehensive resource utilization picture of the circulation economic zono of mining area．Finally the author proposes six external key elements of developing recycle economy，which offer a new idea for realizing thel resouree sustainabl edevelopment of coal．
