Analysis of the Influence and Countermeasure of Improving Knowledge Worker’s Productivity——the Case of A Soft Group

21 centuries, the important contribution of management is to improve knowledge worker’s productivity. For knowledge workers, productivity is the efficiency of produce product and service according the level of quantity and quality, the labor time and opus quality arc controlled by them. It is complicate problem how to effective management knowledge workers in order to improve productivity.The topic departs from knowledge workers feature, analysis the exterior influence factor of improving knowledge worker’s productivity; expound four couatermeasurcs of improving knowledge worker’s productivity. Firstly, attaining participate power through role align of “organization participation;Secondly, verifying productivity full bearing through working system of elasticity; Thirdly, applying (360。) performance evaluation means in order to promote organization knowledge sharing; Fourthly,building flexible knowledge team and learning unit. In the end, the paper provides the way and measure of improving knowledge worker’s productivity in A soft Group.
