Regional Economic Growth and Human Capital Accumulation-with Data of Zhejiang and Shanxi Province

摘要：

Most of the current academic achievements of regional economic growth in China pay more attention to physical capital input and institutional innovation．Even at the aspect of study on the impacts of human capital on economic growth,the existing achievements are mainly concentrated on the impacts of the education investments．This article uses the actual data of Zhejiang and Shanxi Provinces to analyze the contribution of human capital accumulation to regional economic growth．
