The Effect of Social Insurance in Labor Market:Comparison of Double Delta Economic Zones

摘要：

This paper uses the empirical study methods to compares the social tmurance system and effect of labor market in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta,puts forward the metbods to improve the efficiency of labor market．The paper thinks that some negative factors in the labor market have damadged the smooth running of social insurance，and the social insurance also intensifies the conflict between labor demand and supply．Through the construction of action mechanism between the social insurance and labor market,the conclusions can be received that the social insurance contribution of enterprise must be reduced in Yangtze River Delta and the Industrial Ievels of enterprise in Pearl River Delta must be increased．The continuous growth of wage is the key factor to construct the virtuous circle between social insurance and labor market．
