On Psychological Contract Incentive to Knowledge Employee
In nowadays,knowledge employee,as a carrier of knowledge,plays a decisive role in the fate of an enterprise in market competition.On the part of knowledge employee,whether they can work efficiently,whether they will cultivate a sense of responsibility,faith and enthusiasm to the enterprise and its business target,and whether they can got satisfaction in their job is,to a large extent,determined by the degree of fulfillment of the psychological contracts between the organization and employees.This Article has herein analyzed the status quo of Incentive system for knowledge employee of this country and constraints of traditional Incentive theories and thereon proposed concerned measures on motivating knowledge employee based on the psychological contract theory.
