Considerations on the Development and Management of Tai’an Tourism Human Resources
As the first elements of the social productive forces,human resources is the necessary condition to play the superiority of Tai’an tourist resources，to enhance the international competitiveness of Tai’an tourism,and to realizes the sustainable development of Tai’an tourism by leaps and bounds．However,according to the investigation,the development and management of Tai’an tourism human resources still has many problems，such as structural shortage of talent,lower overall quality of human resources，imperfect education and training system,unreasonable disposition and not fully using of the existing tourism human resources and so on.This paper proposes the corresponding countermeasure to deal with these problems，provides the theory and practice reference for the scientific development of Tai’an tourism human resources．
