The Researches on Countermeasures of Regional Active Attracting and Admitting about College Graduates’Initial Employment

摘要：

Employment region is an important component in employment system,and also the important factor in the process of college graduates’initial employment It is a new thinking to effectively solve the current employment problem of college graduates that adequately digging the regional attracting go-aheadism．There is little researches on appting the regional science to employment problem in the theoretical circles at home and abroad In this paper,we made an attempt to research the composition and work precess of regional attracting and admitting system,proposed the actively attract and admit countermeasures in region and emphasized that the region should play a leading role during the process of uniwrsity graduate’initial employment．
