Strategy of Human Resource Development for Regional Economy

摘要：

Human resource is one of the most precious resources for regional economical development in the era of knowledge economy,human resource in the economy development.How to fully exploit human resource combining the characteristics of regional economical body has become an important issue．In this paper,the relationship between human resource and regional economy is firstly analyzed.And then the main problems of regional human resource management are pointed out.Finally some measures on human resource development for improving the regional economy are proposed．
