The Research on the Talents Development Strategy of Hebei Province under the Condition of Competition and Cooperation in the Beijin-Hebel Region

摘要：

The paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges that science and technology talents face on the basic of comparing talents resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,then points out how to use talents in Hebei and how to make the talents cooperate and serve for each other under the condition of competition and cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region．
