Research on Knowledge-based Staff’s Incentive System in View of Psychological Contract
Psychological contract is a special contract between staff and organization and a beneficial complementarity of economic contract.Employees are studied not from the aspect of self-concern in traditional economic.The integration of economic contract and psychological contract is beneficial for the improvement of employee’s positivity and organization’s efficiency.After the analysis of knowledge-based employees and their psychological contract’s characters,the ways of optimizing knowledge-based employee’s incentive system in view of psychological contract are researched in this article.
