Economic Study on Origin of Welfare Improvement in Regional Trade Arrangement

摘要：

Based on previous researches on welfare issue in regional trade arrangement,this article utilizes a Game theory two-stage model to demonstrate that division of labor is the origin of welfare improvement in regionalr tade arrangement and,because of division of labor,more welfare acquired by stronger position side conversely enhance the implement of regional trade arrangement．Simultaneously,it puts forward the solutions including local taxation policy’s tax incentive，the development of Headquarter economy for industries aggregation，and the implement of canceling local protectionism for participating cities in regional trade to enhance regional trade arrangement among cities and utilize division economic to increase general and individual welfare of all cities．
