The Researches on Compliance Risk Management Mechanism of Rural Cooperative Financial Institution

摘要：

Facing the urgent situation of frequent financial institutions law violations，It is increasingly attached great importance to compliance risk management，but as to rural cooperative financial institutions，Compliance is a new concept,compliance risk management is also a new issues about the effective risk management of rural financial institutions．This thesis is based on defining the meaning of the compliance risk management and analyzed the role that compliance risk management worked on the rural cooperative financial institutions，and systematically discusses the organizational structure and system construction about compliance risk management of rural cooperative financial institutions．
