Research 0n Dynamic Financing for Regional Infrastructure Project

摘要：

Public infrastructure projects is due to non-exclusive consumption,and in terms of input-output,enormous onetime investment,long duration of construction,low rate of return etc，the analyzing the modes of project financing，namely BOT,TOT,PPP,ABS impacted by the main internal and external influential factors in terms of dynamic financing engineering for public infrastructure projects has been discussed．Refer to the conception of exploding point,analyze the exploding points in different situations for builder／operator and host government during this dynamic process．Sequence，the factors impacting on infrastructure project dynamic financing has been identified．Last but not the least,the research methodology on the analysis of exploding point within different situations has been studied．Finally,the research result will be contributed to the public infrastructure development for under-developed regious and／or developing countries．
