Research on the Performance of Private Equity Fund-An Empirical Analysis Based on the Investment Period／Divestment Periad

摘要：

The private equity investment has become an excellent yet most disputed tool of investment on the investment market in recent years．However,not all the private equity funds achieved satisfactory results in the current upsurge in the private equity investment of East Asia,especially China．Based on the daat of the fund performance from the Private Equity Intelligence，this empirical analysis attempts to deal with the recent performance of the private equity funds invested in China and its neighboring areas,the major factors influencing the performance of private equity funds and the definition of the Investment Period and the Divestment Period,two major factors of the private equity fund.
