The Positive Analysis of Heilongjiang Province Rural Finance Development and the Farmers’Income Growth

摘要：

The financial development plays a great promoting action to a country’s economy,especially to the farmers’income．This article from the intermediate perspective stratification taking Heilongjiang Province as the object of study,through establishing the econometric model analyzes the relations of our country regional finance development with the farmers’income，puaing forward some brief policies suggestions to the Heilongjiang Province finance development in promoting the farmers’income growth,there is also certain guiding sense to our country region finance and rural reconstruction coordinated development．
