An Analysis of Regional Financial Central Construction for the Wuhan Metropolitan Area

摘要：

Finance and economy depend on and promote each other．The scale of economy will determine the scale of finance，while the finance will boost economic growth by encouraging savings and investment,optimizing allocation of resources,facilitating trade and exchange ect…The support from the financial market is indispensable for the development of Wuhan metropolitan area,who takes regional financial centre of Huazhong restriction as her strategic target of reformation and innovation.Based on the present financial status of Wuhan,compared with other regional centers in our country,this paper described the basic route and steps to achieve the target by the BSC of growth poles theory and financial development theory．
