Study on Introducing Private Capital by Applying PPP Mode to Chinese Urban Infrastructure

摘要：

Urban infrastructure is the important support of city development,but government capital alone Can not meet the needs．This thesis describes the financing situation and existing problems of traditional urban infrastructure in China,analyzes the reasons，puts forward to apply PPP mode to introduce private capital widely on the base of advanced foreign experience，and further explores specific financing means like BOT,TOT,ABS，municipal bonds，etc．
