Research on the Financial Control Mechanism Construction in Chinese Enterprise Groups

摘要：

Though most of the enterprises have cognizance of science of comprehensive budget,there are lots of disfigurements on management of enterprise budget．So it is very necessary to build a financial monitor system which can adapt the developing of Chinese enterprise groups and avoid out-of-control financial leaks and bring into play nuclear function of financial management．To perfect corporate governance of enterprise groups and solve inner financial relation fundamentally,to carry out budget control and found financial information net system and to constitute and perfect enterprise groups organizing and leading control system are effective three ways．
