China Circulation Industry and Regional(urban)Economy Development
Based on the corresponding regression model by the method of co-integration analysis，this article analyzes the long-term and short-term influence of circulation industry on the urban economy,through the statistic data in circulation industry and economy from 1990 to 2006 including the area of whole China,Middle of China,Eastern of China and Western of China．The article conducts a quantitative analysis on the influence of circulation industry to regional(urban)economy development．The research indicated that,the circulation industry play a positive role to drive the development of GDP,consumption and employment and continuously from a long term view．However the difference between the areas is also huge，in addition to the barrier on system and local benefit,the leading role of circulation industry has not been fully played,on this base，this article proposed that promote a deep economic development of the area in Eastern of China,Middle of China and Western of China through the innovation of circulating industry．
