New Thinking about Reducing the Disparity of Economic Development among Regions

摘要：

there are great limits in traditional thinking by the transfer among governments to reduce the disparity among regions．It is disadvantageous for embodying the principle of not only the efficiency but also the fairness．The revelation of the development economics is that strengthening the government interference can’t reduce the disparity among regions．This article draws a conclusion that the new thinking of reducing the disparity among regions should be that undeveloped regions make use of the comparative advantages of themselves and increase the supply of institutional public goods．
