Compensation Model for Farmers in the Grain for Green Project:A Viewpoint of the Sustainable Development

摘要：

Chinese government set the compensation criterion according to the direct economic losses in the current process of the Grain for Green Project，however,the Government objectively ignored some indirect economic losses linked to the property right,the positive externality and the opportunity costs，which caused by the changing of the land contract between the government and the farmers．In this paper,based on a viewpoint of sustainable development of the Project itself and the farmers，we try to put these three factors ignored into the government’s compensation function and build the compensation model for farmers,finally put forward some advices about the sustainable development of the Project and the farmers．
