摘要：

The compensation is the core of human resources management.On the strategic sense,it does not simply pay wages for staff,but is used to purchase the labor force．The effective structure，level,management of compensation and the welfare are the primary factors of attracting，retaining and driving staff,enhancing the satisfaction degree of staff．
