Building Good Industry Environment:Government’s Main Task in Industrial Cluster Development

摘要：

The development of industrial cluster has close relation with government behavior．The government can improve the external industrial environment by proper involvement and intervention,thus promote industrial cluster upgrading．This article points out that,in the courso of industrial cluster development,the main task of government should be to improve the industrial environment of cluster．The government can mainly offer the public service,cultivate regional culture，guide the industry park to develop and build the regional innovation network,then promote the industrial cluster rapid and sound development．
