Cooperative Innovation Risks and Preventions about Intellectual Property Based on Innovation Network-From the perspective of high-tech industrial clusters
With the rapid development of economic globalization and the outbreak of new scientific and technological revolution,high-tech industrial dusters have become the most successful model among high-tech industrial development．The article gives some analyses about conorete interest relationships of innovation network subjects among high—tech industrial clusters and knowledge natures and puts forward that because cooperation innovation need to share knowledge and resources each other,this will inevitably bring to the enterprises the loss and proliferation of their own knowledge and abilities and the natures of knowledge also promote the formation of intellectual property risks invisibly．The research explains the formed intellectual property risks from the free-rider,incompletity of contract and opportunism，three levels and constructs cooperative and innovational risk prevention systems of intellectual proper specifically under innovation network．
