Inter-dynamic Study on Regional Independent Innovation and Urban Development-Probe into the Relationship between the Construction of Independent Innovation System and Urban Development of Jinan
With the further development of reform and open policy,constant completion of manet economic system,vocabularies as competition,innovation become the popular and well known．The advanced level of the developed cOUntries is shown up in flont of the Chines people through various channels too．In such cases,the government has realized that economic construction has become our center and the technological innovation has become our survival and development means as well as the enterprises and each citizen.Then we build up the innovative system progressively,expect to be able to give play to various independent innovation ability．We know,there are close connections between the level of development of urban economy and independent innovation activity．This article studies the independent innovation state of Jinan and the influence to urban development．
